Agreement

These terms govern your use of ScreenStack, a VooStack product, including the website, API and SDKs. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use ScreenStack for an organization, you accept these terms on its behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, its credentials and the project API keys you create. Keep API keys secret and revoke any key you think is exposed. Tell us at support@voostack.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You keep all rights to the apps, screenshots and designs you bring to ScreenStack. You grant us a limited license to store, process and render that content only to provide the service to you.

You confirm you have the rights to capture and publish the apps and content you process with ScreenStack, and that test-user credentials you store belong to accounts you are allowed to use.

Acceptable use

Do not use ScreenStack to break the law, infringe others’ rights, capture systems you are not authorized to access, distribute malware, or overload or probe the service beyond normal use.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices and limits are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Marketplace templates

Templates bought in the ScreenStack marketplace are licensed to the buying organization for use in its own store listings and marketing. Sellers confirm they own the templates they list.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ScreenStack available and secure but provide it as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features; for material changes affecting paid plans we will give reasonable notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, VooStack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using ScreenStack and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On closure, we delete your content as described in the privacy policy.
