Who we are

ScreenStack is a VooStack product that captures screenshots of your apps in CI and turns them into App Store, Play Store and web preview images. This policy explains what we collect when you use screenstack.voostack.com, the ScreenStack API and the ScreenStack SDKs, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Account data: your email address, display name and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account ID and profile picture. If you use a password, we store only a salted hash of it.

Workspace content: projects, canvases, uploaded images, and the screenshots and element captures your CI uploads with a project API key.

Test-user credentials you store for capture runs. These are encrypted at rest and decrypted only to hand them to your own capture run.

Billing data: Stripe processes payments. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, never your card details.

Operational data: sign-in events (time, IP address and user agent), and server logs used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

We use your data to run ScreenStack: to sign you in, store and render your projects, send account emails (verification, password reset, invitations), process payments, and protect accounts from abuse.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your screenshots or app content to train models.

Google sign-in

When you choose Continue with Google, we receive your name, email address, email verification status and profile picture from Google. We use them only to create and sign in to your ScreenStack account. ScreenStack's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies

We use first-party, httpOnly cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. Your theme preference is stored in your browser.

Service providers

We rely on Google Cloud (hosting, database and file storage), Stripe (payments) and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data only on our behalf and under its own security commitments.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete projects at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing support@voostack.com. We then remove your account data and workspace content, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact support@voostack.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell signed-in users by email or in the app.
